  • 2 tablespoons cream or milk
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan and set aside.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice. Set aside.

3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the buttermilk and vanilla and mix until combined.

4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the cranberries, ginger, and pecans. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread evenly.
